Brotherhood

Jake and Nathan grow into absolute brotherhood each day. Nathan loves to follow Jake around and mimic his every word and move. Nathan isn’t really talking yet, but he likes to think he does talk in long sentences so he’ll mimic Jake’s tone and facial expression when he is speaking (in gibberish). Sometimes Jake will come to let me know that something is wrong with a toy or if Lauren is being mean. Nathan will soon follow to tell me the same thing, except I don’t understand him. It’s really funny to watch. Jake is, for the most part, a great big brother. He lets Nathan wrestle him, hit him, bite him, pull his hair, yell….Everything, pretty much, except steel his toys. In Jake’s mellow way he’ll just put up with Nathan’s “moves.”
